I first met Chris, who had picked me up at the train station and took me to my B&B. He then came back and took me to Dunnottar Castle. He was professional, on time and we had a decent conversation as well. He was a true professional. I then took a longer trip out to Braemar and after a couple days, came back to Stonehaven. For both trips, Paul was the driver. Like Chris, he was a true professional. After lenghty talks on both trips about the outdoors and hiking, Paul suggested taking two quick detours while heading back to Stonehaven. The first was to the Falls of Feugh and the other was north of Braemar to view the harbor from another angle. Both detours were amazing and not far out of the way. Paul really got what I was looking for on this holiday and both sites delivered. It showed his knowledge of the area and that he was truly customer service oriented. I should add that I had emailed Dash Cabs regarding my trip to Braemar and they responded promptly saying that they could take me there and then get me back to Stonehave. Secondly, before arriving to Stonehaven via train, Chris texted me stating that he would be at the station waiting. He was. That was awesome and reassuring that everything went right with the booking. "

Although the vehicle was a 7 seater, the back row was very claustrophobic fand because the vehicle was narrow, the middle row was cramped for 3 adults...none of us are particularly large. It was only just bearable for the trip to the airport for 5 of us with a small bag each ....probably more suited for a quick trip round the town"
