"The driver was very grumpy, although he dealt with my cases without being asked and made good time on the drive to Southampton. I think he was upset at having to wait a long time for me to get to the main gate at Brize Norton, even though the flight landed on time. This was due to all civilian passengers having to wait ages for the the RAF bus to transport them from the terminal to the main gate. I would guess that this is often the case at Brize and that is why we booked with a company who advertise they are used to picking up from Brize! "
